THE FIVE HOUSES
A house for every
season of life.
The Aurén is not a single property. It is a network of five distinct houses, each shaped around a different way of living — and each held to the same uncompromising standard of care.
The Aurén Residences
Live beautifully, without compromise.
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE EARNED THE RIGHT TO LIVE WELL — RETIREES, LONG-STAY PROFESSIONALS, AND FAMILIES SEEKING A CONSIDERED HOME IN SOUTHEAST ASIA.
The Aurén Residences is a long-stay subscription living community for people who have decided that the next chapter of their life should be lived at a different pace. Fully serviced, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by the natural environment of Forest City — this is not a hotel and it is not a retirement home. It is a home, held to a standard you will not find elsewhere in the region.
- Fully serviced long-stay suites and residences
- Monthly and annual subscription models
- Access to all five Aurén houses and protocols
- Dedicated resident concierge
- 30 minutes from Singapore by road
The Aurén Retreats
Come to slow down. Return to yourself.
FOR FAMILIES, CORPORATE GROUPS, AND WELLNESS TRAVELLERS WHO WANT MORE THAN A RESORT — A PLACE WITH INTENTION, STRUCTURE, AND GENUINE CARE.
The Aurén Retreat offers nightly and short-stay accommodation for guests who come to Forest City with a purpose. Whether you are here for a family gathering, a corporate offsite, or a personal wellness reset, the Retreat provides the space, the protocols, and the team to make it meaningful. This is not a holiday. It is a deliberate pause.

The Aurén Recovery
Rest is a practice. We take it seriously.
FOR POST-NATAL MOTHERS, POST-SURGERY PATIENTS, AND ANYONE NAVIGATING A PERIOD OF PHYSICAL RESTORATION WHO DESERVES MORE THAN A CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT.
The Aurén Recovery house was built around a single insight: that the environment in which you recover determines the quality of your recovery. We have designed every detail — the light, the air, the food, the rhythm of the day — around the body's need to restore itself. Our team includes post-natal care specialists, physiotherapists, and nutritionists who work together under one roof.
