14-Day Wellness Journey
Phase I: Arrive & Ground
Cross the strait, settle in, and set your intentions. The first days move gently, sunrise tai chi, breathwork, an easy pilates class, so the body wakes without being rushed, and the fortnight finds its rhythm.
Phase II: Explore & Restore
A little more play, then a deliberate pause. Sport and a day among Johor's heritage give way to the quiet centre of the stay: slow yoga, a sound bath, and an unhurried afternoon at the spa.
Phase III: Deepen & Connect
The warm heart of the retreat. Around cooking, nature, craft and long shared tables, a group of strangers becomes a circle of friends, the kind that stays in touch long after home.
Phase IV: Reflect & Carry Home
Look back at how far you have come. A gentle check-in against your first-day goals, a gathering of gratitude, a farewell on the water, and a quiet morning that sends you home lighter than you arrived.

The Rhythm
The longest-lived among us are rarely the busiest: they move gently through the day, eat simply at a shared table, keep their hands and minds curious, rest without apology, and stay held within a circle of friends. Ikigai gathers these five rhythms, Move, Nourish, Learn, Reset and Belong, into one unhurried fortnight, and tends to all of them at once. We note where you begin on Day 1 and look again by Day 13, so whatever changes is quietly yours to keep.
